1. Great product, great customer service

   I have been turning for years and my 1/2 bowl gouge was getting wore out. I used Sorby and P&N and for years and wanted to try a better quality tool. I was torn between Thompson tools and D-Way tools . I emailed Thompson tools 3 different times with questions and he never responded and Dave emailed back within hours and I received the tool in 2 days. The quality of the tool it top notch and I will definitely be buying more. Thanks.

   I use this for almost everything except the small/detail work. Got my first tool two years ago, a D-way 5/8 gouge, and now almost all my tools are from D-way. Guess that's a testimonial. Now, if Dave could start passing out discount coupons... THERE IS ONE FOR 5% OFF THROUGH 11-24.

4. One can never have enough tools

   This is my second 5/8" bowl gouge. I am not a production turner but I enjoy having several of the same sized tools for turning. I am still learning how to properly use this newer design since I originally turned on the "old continental grins and shape. Also there were very few bowl gouges available so I am enjoying the ride.

   LOVE D - WAY TOOLS, great price and fast shipping. Dave is a great guy. He will take the time to talk on the phone and answer and help you on which tools you need and don't need for what your goals are. I'm up to 7 of his tools along with 2 CBN Wheels.
   
   Don't hesitate to try these tools. I like the fact I can make my own handles and save money as well.

7. No better tools

   Been using this gouge since taking it out of the packaging and love the way it works! I've used it enough that it would have been sharpened at least twice if it were some of my other tools. Still cuts like butter!

   Great tool for roughing a bowl. Holds a sharp edge for many cuts between sharpenings. Combined with the D-Way handle, well balanced and a pleasure to use.

    Beginner wood turner, found D-way on YouTube, needed a good bowl gouge so tried one. Great tool, very happy to have made a right choice with D-way. Will be buying more tools as time and need demand.
