You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of returning your package to D-Way Tools, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from you (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Washington State Order: $11.00 Flat Rate.
Outside Washington State (within the US): $13.00 Flat Rate.
Exception to the above rates is the Hollowing Tool - due to size and weight it is $19.
International Orders through D-Way Tools website will be contacted via email with amount of shipping charges and invoiced via PayPal based on location and weight. We will email you an invoice via PayPal for shipping charges, which can be paid with credit card or PayPal.
CUSTOMS / DUTIES FEES: Buyers outside of the United States are responsible for the payment of all Import Charges such as custom fees, duties, tariffs and VAT taxes. The shipping cost provided does not include any of these potential fees.

Explanation: Goods and services shipped to these countries with a value between €1 and €150 / £1 and £135 (between $1 and approximately $180 USD) will incur VAT fee on the product price. U.S. online retailers selling products to buyers are required to collect this VAT fee at the time of sale.

- All shipments being imported into the European Union countries/UK/Northern Ireland with goods and services valued higher than €150 / £135 (approximately $180 USD) will be subject to the current VAT procedures, which state VAT is payable as the parcels are delivered. Customer would incur costs during the typical customs/import process when receiving shipment.
TEMPORARY AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING CHANGES
***As of September 2021, they have limited the amount of incoming shipments due to COVID-19.***
Australia is locked down for commercial flights, which are responsible for a vast majority of the packages being transported into the country. While transport through our default postal carriers is unavailable, there are still other optional carriers for qualifying shipments, since they utilize their own system for transport. That said, they are seeing a major backlog - so delays are inevitable and returned or sometimes missing packages are becoming more common at this time.
What that means to you is that there is a shipping process that we can utilize, but with the above cautions. It is possible that with the current restrictions, it could take months to get deliveries. For our part, we would ensure that the package is fully insured and all the import paperwork correct.
