Extreme Curved Negative Rake Bowl Scraper 1-13/16" x 7/16" x 10" with 5/8" Tang.
The weight & heft of this massive Scraper gives you ultimate control. It is a full inch longer. Suggest using a 16 or 20 inch handle - Quick Change Knob is not advised.
These are much more user friendly than a standard scraper, and hard to get a catch with. Long radius excels at refining the shape.
Sharpen at 20* top angle and 70* bottom. A business card sharpening setup gauge will accompany order. Check out our video on how to sharpen and use these tools.
Negative Rake scrapers are a must for finishing wood, and turning plastic, acrylics, or dense hardwoods. This tool is exception for large bowls.

A pricey tool that is worth every penny!

The D-way negative rake scrapers are game changers! This is a level of control I never had before in the final surfacing of the interior of a bowl. Worth every penny when I didn't even need to sand the interior of a small walnut bowl! The negative rake makes the tool much more forgiving. Watch the videos as the tips to maintaining a good edge are much easier than what I had been doing. I questioned buying my first but now have several in different shapes.
