 Product Description

D-Way Handle Inserts. Aluminum, 3-3/8" x 1-1/8". Available in 3/8", 1/2" & 5/8" tool handle openings.

Meticulously designed to give you the ultimate in control and security. Milled from solid 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. Two hardened set screws provided, 5/16" x 18 TPI.

This will be great for our customers who want to make their own handles. If you prefer a certain length or weight, this will be the way to go. Great project to practice your skills.  ~ JIMMIE

  NOTE: Handle reducer bushings do not fit into these inserts.

    I prefer to fit my own handles to my hands and these inserts make that an easy process. Plus, the ease in changing tools in practice is a major time saver.

    I recently bought a new lathe, and I decided to make a bunch of tool handles. I purchased inserts from a variety of sources. This was by far the best of what I purchased. It is well made, installs easily, and with the ferrule makes for a really good tool handle. I suspect I will be buying more of these. Good product shipped quickly! Thanks
