  1. comfortable handle -- balanced

Posted by Unknown on Apr 18th 2018

This is a quality handle -- very comfortable, well balanced, fit my hand !!

  2. Great Handle

Posted by Dennis Detlefson on Oct 23rd 2017

I like to make my own handles, but I tried one of Dave's handles, I now have 7 of them. I love these handles they feel great in the hand and the sleeve ads comfort and keeps them warm to the touch.

  3. Fantastic tool

Love D-Way bowl gouges. The steel is the best anywhere.

  4. Feels good in the hand

    Posted by chad_lavoi@yahoo.com on Apr 20th 2017

I like the handle... It's balanced nicely. The quick release is a god send compared to others offerings on the market. The pocket for additional weight is a great feature. The only thing I would change; is to have a Steele flange where the tool inserts inserts. Aluminum is nice and light but it's not the most durable of metals. Considering the tool is taken out and reinserted multiple times a day, beefing up that interface might prolong the aesthetics of the handle. When I spend a lot of money on tools they have to be not only functional look great for a long time too.

  5. Best handles on the market in my opinion.

Posted by John Keeton on Oct 23rd 2015

This makes around a dozen of Dave's handles that I own. Over time, I have replaced most of the handles on my "go to" tools with these and love them. I keep my shop at around 60* in the winter, and these tools remain comfortable to use even then. Not to heavy, but can be weighted if desired.
