 Product Description

D-Way Handle Inserts. Aluminum, 3-3/8" x 1-1/8". Available in 3/8", 1/2" & 5/8" tool handle openings.

Meticulously designed to give you the ultimate in control and security. Milled from solid 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. Two hardened set screws provided, 5/16" x 18 TPI.

This will be great for our customers who want to make their own handles. If you prefer a certain length or weight, this will be the way to go. Great project to practice your skills.  ~ JIMMIE

  NOTE: Handle reducer bushings do not fit into these inserts.

    We like to make our own tool handles that are of a length and weight that my wife and I find are also comfortable to use. Purchasing a selection of these inserts ensures each tool has a handle which is important when we are both turning and don't need to wait for the handle to be freed up to use a different tool.
    Jimmy's demonstration video provided some great tips.

    I purchased the 3/8” insert to make a short handle for the beading tools. The video provided was a good refresher and I am very happy with the new handle.

    You like to turn? Turn your own handles, here you go! Love that D-way made these available. I made mine out of black walnut and cherry.
